Who is the “Off-the-Record” Membership for?
This membership is for female entrepreneurs that have a proven product, offer, or service. You are generating revenue (we prefer that you’ve hit the $50,000 in annual revenue mark), and you desire additional sustainable growth. You are poised to leap to the next level business. Your business is not a hobby, a side-hustle or a passing phase. It is a full-time passion, and one you hope will contribute meaningfully to the economy and the world.
What happens during our monthly sessions?
During our one hour office hours, you can ask Melissa anything! It may be business related, a personal dilemma, or anything else. This also a time for peer connection and sharing knowledge and insights.
What’s expected of each member?
Participation is a large part of this membership. Each participant is expected to attend our monthly office hours and quarterly masterminds. Additionally, each member is asked to actively participate and engage with the group, maintain confidentiality of our group conversations, contribute to the group by sharing your expertise and knowledge, and be open to the opportunity to partner and/or refer leads with one another.
What topics are covered?
We cover a wide variety of topics in our monthly office hours and quarterly masterminds. Topics will vary based on the specific needs of the group. Some examples of topics include: cash flow, hiring and delegating, creating automations and scalability, firing customers, imposter syndrome, creating lifestyle balance, building and nurturing sales pipelines, and so much more!
How long does the membership last?
Your membership renews monthly ($189) and can be canceled at any time. However, we do ask that once you are accepted into this peer-selected community, you commit to participate for a minimum of 3-months to get the most benefit from the group. If and when you choose to depart from the group, we ask that you invite a fellow entrepreneur to replace your spot.
