I’m Melissa Unsell-Smith, an automation and efficiency strategist who has spent two decades building and scaling impactful B2B SaaS companies.

Entrepreneurs hire me to reconnect with their inner wisdom and invest in intentional pauses because they are sick and tired of feeling stuck in their current reality and crave quantum growth without sacrificing freedom and wealth. So I push them outside their comfort zone to uncover hidden potential and discover impactful opportunities, guaranteed.

On a more personal note: I’m childless by choice, married to my amazing husband, Brian, a proud Aunt to my nephew, Logan, and best dog mom to my shih tzu, Ravello.
