About this Experience

An intimate group of 8 people will be going offline to recharge while walking and wandering in small groups through the picturesque backdrop of the Hill Country State Natural Area in Bandera, Texas. As we hike, Melissa will guide the group through a series of questions and topics so that everyone may swap insights, perspectives and stories while on our journey.

As we near the middle of our hike, we will stop for a reflective exercise and break. Then, we'll be treated with a chef experience of healthy, wholesome foods. We then make our trek back to where we started and honor the growth that happened today as we unplugged so that we could truly tune into our true selves, nature and our peers.
